At Jintoo, backed by Metagiest Technologies Private Limited, we are committed to ensuring a satisfactory experience for our customers. Please review our return and refund policy below:

Order Accuracy

Please check your order details carefully before confirming. Any discrepancies in order items should be reported immediately to our support team.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items delivered. Perishable goods like groceries and cooked food are eligible only in case of damage or error.

Reporting Issues

Customers must report any issues within 24 hours of delivery through the Jintoo app or by contacting metagiesttechnologies@gmail.com . Provide order ID and photos if applicable.

Refund Process

Approved refund requests will be processed within 3–5 business days. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items, including customized orders or opened packaged products, are non-returnable unless they are damaged or incorrect.

Delivery Errors

In case of missing items, damaged products, or wrong delivery, Jintoo will either replace the item or issue a full/partial refund based on the situation.
